“Mount Filin” is located in southern Karelia in the city of Lakhdenpokhya and there is a military-historical and geological museum. The location of the object itself is unique – it is a huge man-made bunker inside a powerful granite rock with two entrances inside. “Mount Filin” is one of the largest underground museums in Northern Europe, covering an area of \u200b\u200bmore than 750 square meters. m., ceiling height 4 meters. From 1943 to 1944, the natural grotto was adapted into a command and staff bunker for the Finnish army.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Maxim machine gun of the 1910 model is a heavy machine gun widely used by the Russian and Red armies during the First World War and the Second World War. The machine gun was used to engage open group targets and enemy fire weapons at a distance of up to 1000 m. In 1930, the machine gun was upgraded again. The modernized machine gun was named “7.62 easel machine gun of the Maxim system, model 1910\/1930.”<\/p>\n

DP-27 (Degtyareva Infantry model 1927) became the first domestic mass-produced light machine gun.
